Merchant Terms of Service.

UnExplores Stores is an autonomous software-as-a-service (SaaS) multi-tenant e-commerce platform provided by UnExplores Tech Innovations (SMC-Private) Limited.

• Flat Rate Pricing: The standard plan is priced at ₨ 1,500 / month (or annual equivalent). There are no hidden setup fees.
• 0% Sales Commission: UnExplores charges 0% transaction fee or percentage commission on merchandise sales made through your store. Merchants retain 100% of their earnings.
• Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions renew monthly. If an account expires, a 7-day grace period is provided before public storefront visibility is temporarily paused.

Each merchant is issued an instant subpath address (e.g. stores.unexplores.com/yourbrand) and may connect their own custom domain name (e.g. yourbrand.pk or yourbrand.com).

• Automated SSL: Enterprise SSL encryption certificates are provisioned free of charge on all connected custom domains.
• Domain Ownership: The Merchant remains the sole owner of their domain name and custom branding.

Merchants agree to sell only legal, authentic goods under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and international commerce statutes. Strictly prohibited items include:

Violation of anti-fraud standards results in immediate storefront suspension without refund and referral to statutory cybercrime authorities.

UnExplores Stores provides native integration with Pakistani courier services (TCS, Leopards, Trax, PostEx) and automated WhatsApp ordering engines. The Merchant is responsible for fulfilling parcels on time and honoring customer Cash on Delivery commitments.
