02 Integrated Couriers & Live Tracking
Merchants can generate automated booking slips with TCS, Leopards Courier, Trax, and PostEx. The generated Consignment Number (CN) must be shared with the end-customer via SMS or WhatsApp confirmation.
03 Buyer Protection & Return Standards
To preserve buyer trust across Pakistani e-commerce, stores are required to provide a minimum 7-Day return or replacement window for items received damaged, non-functional, or significantly different from the product description.
